They claim to have a well and natural hot spring but it seemed iffy. Other than one sign in the one onsen bath outside there was no documentation. That outdoor onsen bath felt great, but it might have just been bath salts. All that said this is a clean and we'll designed supersento right between two major stations in Nagoya. A bit like Naniwa no Yu in Umeda.
