Ninjin-yu is the only sento in Toyohashi. It is a great one too. Lots of different baths. A great herb bath and a steam bath that was great. A perfect sento experience. It reminded me more of the sento that I have been to up in Matsumoto, Nagano more than anything in Kansai. It is walkable from the JR/Meitetsu/Toyotetsu Toyohashi station, but you might want to take the streetcar to Shinkawa and walk from there. Highly recommended.
