Outlet mall supersento next to the Walmart-esque Okura Super Market. There's even a hotel here. It is very commercial but well designed, and the spring is decent. Interesting night views of the car dealership across the way from the outdoor baths. This is a superb option if you're on the Chuo Expressway and want to take a break from driving for some food and a bath.
