Bunka Onsen (literally culture hot spring) has a huge cavernous entrance with a huge cavernous changing room and an equally huge cavernous bathing area. Another review of this bath in Japanese said it was basic, very basic. It’s not a bad thing, but there is not much in terms of decoration here. Hot water at the taps was super hot while the tubs not so hot. Water had a mixture of calcium, sodium, aluminum and iron called “Mineral Onsen” added to it according to the sign. This gave the water a hot spring like feel. It’s not just normal city stuff in the tubs. The man working the bandai was half asleep when I came in.
