By going to Sasa no Yu, I completed my goal of visiting all currently existing and a few no longer existing sento in Amagasaki. This is one of the authentic retro places. It is retro without knowing it's retro, which means I cannot recommend this one for newbies or people looking for a bunch of different baths. However, if you know the sento aesthetic and can appreciate the soft well-water bath here, it's a great experience. There is a single central tub with a very shallow part and a deep section. The deep bath is constantly filled from the large spout on the side and from a pipe in the middle of the bath. Be careful not to hurt yourself on it! Although it is constantly being filled, the bath retains a calm and bucolic feeling to it. There is also a sizeable faucet-temperature kakari basin for cooling down.

Oddly this sento is not listed on the webpage for the Hyogo Public Bathhouse Association.
