Municipal hot spring facility in Kato City located along a river not far from the Hyogo-Tojo exit on the Chugoku Expressway. Simple 3 baths design with, hot, warm and cold options. Good strong dry sauna closes it out. The natural spring is not that noticeable on the skin but very salty to the taste. Todoroki-so is an interesting place and a great option if you can make your way here. We went on three day weekend but it was not too busy so this was a great choice.
