A hidden gem in the mountains above Osaka. The spring water here is drinkable and potent. Inside the baths look like they were last refurbished in 1985 and have not been changed since then. There is a standing fan in the men's changing room that was built in the 1970's. Oh yea and there are baths. Inside are some basic baths and a sauna. The central bath that has jets that spin the water clockwise is pretty unique. The main reason to come here is the rotenburo that is filled with the heated spring water. From the men's bath you can see the well. The water is opaque and the mineral buildup along the walls of the bath are impressive. Sadly there is no well temperature bath here, just the heated version. Great secret place worth the drive.
