Yu~topia is a "kenko land" style multi-floor bathing and relaxation center. These "kenko land" places were the predicessors to the present day supersentos. A few still exist today. Judging by the webpage this place has been remodeled since I went there last. There are men's and women's floors, large dining areas and party rooms to enjoy. Interesting bubble era retro experience if you're interested.
