Don't judge a book by it's cover works both ways. The front and changing room of this sento are quite clean and well maintained it seems, but the baths are not so good. Lovely design with an appealing circular bath in the middle. The bubbles here were great. In the back corner is a large, waterfall filled cold water bath and a, somewhat rare, Mt Fuji mural on the back wall. Sadly the maintance is quite poor and if a big massive cleaning, and refresh doesn't happen soon this sento will be lost to time. Hard to recommend to casual sento fans because of the smell, but it is interesting for enthusiasts who might want to give it a try to check out the somewhat unique fixtures.
