This is a hotel, hot spring, all male crossdressing theater and restaurant located down the street from one of Osaka's secret red light districts. The baths are quite big and have a "kenko land" feel to them. Another way to say it is that it feels like a proto-supersento. Large signs in the bath in Chinese and Korean but only a few things in English. The spring is actually quite good and best enjoyed in the rock lined outdoor bath.
I have never seen the stage show here as I just go for the baths. The show is a type of comedy theater where all the roles including the women is played by men. It seems to me to be a combination of Japanese stand-up comedy, Takarazuka review and Kabuki theater. The people who like it, really really like it.
Another fun thing I have seen about this place is that they sometimes offer the overnight staff bedroom for rent at a drastically discounted cost. It is a single small room with no frills.
