Just an outstanding sento. I wish this place was in my neighborhood. Inside, a single main bath is divided into a few sections, including a great sunflower-style jet. Outside, it offers an enclosed veranda with a treated bath and a well above average cold water bath. There's also a small but powerfully hot steam sauna which was perfect for my painful shoulders. One sign of a good sento is a lot of young people and children, and this one had both. A dry sauna is available for an extra fee. As far as manners go, everyone seemed friendly. Tattoos seemed to be OK. However, please note the sign on the wall says to make sure to completely stop the showers from dripping water, which appears to be a problem here.

Quirks? The kakari basin is called 上がり湯, something I've probably seen but haven't noticed before. Also, there's beer in the changing room vending machine. Nice.
