This is another option somewhat near Umeda to keep in mind. It is very busy, and you can see the years of use here. That said, it's clean enough. Small, but there is a great selection of baths and fun places to sit. Good electric and cold-water baths. The outdoor bath is not going to win any prizes, but happy to have it.
