Very typical Nishinari place with a full laundromat in the changing room. All the baths are located along the back wall on the first floor and a second-floor outdoor area. The first-floor baths are all connected and built out from the back wall with a better than average main bath that was quite large and deep. A cold-water bath filled with a rushing, energetic fountain and salt-treated bath was upstairs and outside. The high-quality hot and cold full-body showers near the entrance were nice.

Very close to the Tobita red-light district. You'll probably also see more than a few people sleeping rough on the street nearby.
