This is a city-run sento with one main bath with a bubble section. There is a sauna, but it is closed because of COVID. The cold-water basin is for rinsing off ONLY. No getting in. They have a fence covering most of the basin to stop people from getting in. I can only guess what led to this being installed. Overall, this is an excellent public works type place and will be helpful if there is a disaster. I wonder why only this neighborhood gets a community bath. Fascinating customers here also. Three guys were discussing the glory days of Just Music in the changing room when I got there. Hahahaha.
